Fostering individuality, Dance Art classes help children to find their centre, strength and focus and is a great form of mental and physical exercise and creative expression. Incorporating a classical ballet foundation, Dance Art is also designed to inspire improvisation and an uninhibited love to just dance!
Dance Art foundation classes are for children with all levels of dance experience. These classes commence at early primary school age. This is a creative dance and ballet class with carefully designed dance concepts. Dance Art lessons have age appropriate themes throughout the term including an eclectic musical soundtrack. 5 – 6 years (Prep):
Thursdays – 4.15 pm – 5.15pm
Saturdays – 10.00 am – 11.00 am
ALL Dance Art and Pure Ballet classes will require a uniform from 2018. This will be available from Energetiks Dancewear in Ivanhoe. This is so your teacher can encourage correct placement and technique. Unfortunately we can’t see hips and legs underneath t-shirts and tutus!
