From around seven-eight years of age children with both potential and enthusiasm are encouraged to take classes more than once or twice a week if they would like to. Tiny Dancer wishes to encourage interest and participation to whatever degree matches the desire of the child. We do not promote a rigid system at this young age and there is always opportunity for all to attend.
6 + years
9+ years:
Mondays – 6.45 pm – 7.45 pm (grade 2) – Miss Kallista
Wednesdays – 6.15 pm – 7.30 pm (extension/exam class – experience required) – Olivia Johnstone
Saturdays – 1.45 pm – 3.15 pm (extension/exam class – experience required) – Miss Kallista
8-9 years:
Tuesdays – 5.15 pm – 6.15 pm (extension/exam class – experience required) – Olivia Johnstone
Thursdays – 6.30 pm – 7.45 pm (extension/exam class – experience required) – Miss Kallista
6-8 years:
Tuesdays – 4.15 pm – 5.15 pm – Olivia Johnstone
Thursdays – 5.15 pm – 6.15 pm – Miss Kallista
Saturdays – 11.15 am – 12.15 pm – Miss Kallista
ALL Dance Art and Pure Ballet classes will require a uniform from 2018. This will be available from Energetiks Dancewear in Ivanhoe. This is so your teacher can encourage correct placement and technique. Unfortunately we can’t see hips and legs underneath t-shirts and tutus!
